Thank you for your interest towards our conference. We request you to submit a brief idea or abstract of your talk, presentation, symposium or workshop. Please follow the format of our sample template.

Submission Guidelines

Follow these requirements before sending your abstract.

Abstract Format

Maximum one A4 page in portrait layout.
Maximum 300 words.
Single spacing throughout.
Main body should be left aligned.

Title & Authors

Keep the title concise, bold, lower case and centered.
Co-authors and affiliations below the title in italics.
Underline the main author's name.
Mark the presenting author with an asterisk (*).

Language & References

Abstracts must be written in English.
Use superscript reference numbers in the text.
List references at the end using standard Chemical Abstracts Source Service Index terminology, followed by year, volume and page.

Figures & Schemes

Figures, graphs and schemes are recommended when they improve understanding.

How to Submit

Submit an MS Word or PDF attachment by email or use the online conference website.
Email subject: “CONFERENCE NAME abstract”.

Author Details

Include full address and contact details of the main and presenting authors.
Indicate whether the submission is for oral or poster presentation.

File Size

Online submission limit is 1 MB.
Compress images if needed.
If still over 1 MB, contact the conference coordinator for an alternative submission email.

After the Conference

Speakers may submit full-length papers to related journals.
Published papers are targeted within 2 months of the stated process.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent after receipt.
If no confirmation is received within one week, contact the conference coordinator.

Peer Review Process

All submitted abstracts will go through a peer review process carried out by the peer review committee. After successful review, authors will be guided through the next steps towards participation at the event.
