More than 35+ years of industry experience in Research and Development and senior management. Served as CSO or Global Scientific Lead and member of executive leadership team in both large medical device organizations, small entrepreneurial organizations and mid-cap medical device organizations. Responsible for setting strategic scientific vision and roadmap, building and leading the Company’s portfolio prioritization and management processes, and leading the scientific evaluation of corporate development and new product opportunities. Direct line responsibility for leading and building out global R&D and clinical affairs departments (ie, clinical operations and medical affairs) and establishing and leading corporate portfolio management, exploratory research and scientific affairs functions in multiple geographies around the world. Significant expertise in building and leading virtual partnerships and relationships with the outside scientific community and industry partners. Member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO at Integra. Active participant in divisional and corporate monthly business and P&L reviews.

Technical expertise in areas of regenerative medicine (eg, wound healing, burn, reconstructive surgery, collagen products, amniotic products, HCT/Ps), neurosurgery (eg, neurocritical care monitoring, hydrocephalus shunts, instruments), IV solutions (eg, parenteral IV solutions and parental nutrition solutions, blood substitutes, pre-mix drugs, drug delivery, drug delivery devices) as well as critical care medicine and anesthesia and critical care products.

Dr. Xie received his bachelor's degree in 1999 and his master's in 2002 from Nanjing University of Technology, China. In 2007, he earned his PhD from the National University of Singapore. He then worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Xia group at Washington University in St. Louis from 2007?2010.

He is currently a professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation and Holland Regenerative Medicine Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has won several prestigious awards including Most Promising New Invention Award at UNMC in 2017, Maurer Scientific Achievement Award in 2019 and Distinguished Scientist Award at UNMC in 2021.

Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University and was awarded with MD. In 1985, Suchkov maintained his PhD as a PhD student of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy and Institute of Medical Enzymology. In 2001, Suchkov maintained his Doctor Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia. From 1989 through 1995, Dr Suchkov was being a Head of the Lab of Clinical Immunology, Helmholtz Eye Research Institute in Moscow. From 1995 through 2004 - a Chair of the Dept for Clinical Immunology, Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI). In 1993-1996, Dr Suchkov was a Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedical Science, an international journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.

Haidong Liang ,Chief physician, professor, department director and doctoral supervisor of bone and soft tissue repair and reconstruction surgery in the second affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. He is currently a young member of the Microsurgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Professional Committee of external Fixation and limb Reconstruction of the Orthopaedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. He has been engaged in the clinical and research work of limb injury repair, bone and soft tissue tumor resection and reconstruction, peripheral nerve injury repair and regeneration, and functional reconstruction after nerve injury for a long time. He has published more than 20 papers in SCI jornals and won provincial and municipal scientific and technological awards for many times. He is the chief editor of 2 books, co-edited 3 books, and participated in 3 translation works

Luke P.Lee is a professor of Medicine at Hardvard Medical School and a senior investigator at Brigham and Women's Hospital as well as the arnold and Barbara Silverman Distinguished Professor Emeritus od Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley
